Chester Zoo becomes 1st European site to have Immotion’s Gorilla Trek

The 6-seat installation at Chester Zoo is Immotion’s first zoo installation in Europe. The zoo provided Immotion with an existing structure, which Immotion also designed theming for. The resulting installation has become an eye-catching stopping point for the thousands of guests who visit Chester Zoo each day.

Guests lined up for the new attraction and enjoyed the Gorilla Trek VR experience. As mountain gorillas are kept out of captivity, the experience allows visitors to see this species up close.

Chester Zoo is the most visited zoo in the UK, making it an ideal flagship location for Immotion’s VR installations for zoos.
